The people that work there are nice, but when l was there I was looking for a snowboarding jacket. The guy came up to me and asked if he could help me pick one out. I said āsureā he then proceeded to show me their selection. He really pushed for me to get this one jacket that I wasnāt really interested in but in the end I went with it. At the end of the day it was my fault and I should pay attention but when you have him telling you that the jacket is a nice one and it looks good on you I didnāt pay attention to the details. I took it snowboarding and come to find out I waisted over $150 on a womenās jacket. You would think that the customer service guy wouldāve known that. But anyway nice people but now Iām out $150 because I listened to him.
I really like all of their clothes but they hella over price their stuff like I can only get one thing that I like bc itās over priced.
had an experience in this establishment today that left me with a particularly unsettling taste in my mouth. i went up to the register to ask about purchasing a skateboard. the employee gave me a strange look, and asked if i āeven knew how to ollie, broā. i was appalled. iāve never been spoken to with such a nasty violent aggressive and hateful tone. he then made me do one in front of him, i kid you not. obviously, i could have done it, but i refused because i am not a party pony and i donāt do tricks for the entertainment of children. he told me he wasnāt gonna sell the board to a āposerā and grabbed me by the scruff of my neck before dragging me out of the store. he even went as far as to rip off the santa cruz graphic tee i was wearing, leaving me nude on the streets of fresno. i will NOT be coming back.
I asked a worker if he could help me find my size in some shoes. He proceeds to say he āwill checkā and leaves me standing there for several minutes while he helps other customers. I was also waiting within his view, so I donāt think he forgot. Thankfully, another employee offered to help me and she was much kinder. The previous guy didnāt even try to assist meādonāt expect much out of Walmart Jack Black. He was also shouting to other staff members across the store the whole time which was very bothersome.
