ZARA – Clothing Store in California

• I really don’t get people shipping at this store.
  Absurdly long lines for dressing cabins, payment and returns. Yes there are 3 absurdly long lines inside the store, actually 2 more lines in men’s section not as absurdly long but long.
  Quality of the merchandise is questionable though fashion friendly. Fast fashion vibe with higher prices. Unfriendly personnel probably because of being overworked.

  I avoid this store.

• I absolutely love shopping at this place overseas now CALIFORNIA is a whole different ballpark. They have the worst customer service the worst attitude now they have king Kong standing outside the door, ready to just tear you apart with their eyes like if you stole something from the store it’s horrible Dressing room ladies have no customer service chitchatting talking about their weekend or what they’re planning on doing They should be worried about customer service. This is why a lot of business says go out of business because you don’t worry about customer service so next time you go into this store you have a huge security guard outside the door just waiting to Tackle you down make sure you have your receipt.

• I went to the store of zara the first time and I saw good prices and good clothes but unfortunately, I lost my I phone
  there. I talk to the manager asking if they can see the cameras I was looking for clothes there and I remember I put it on the clothes and I walk a few steps and when I come back and I couldn’t find it then I keep asking them to see if they found it and they got offended they said that they don’t want me to ask the employees I said I’m not bothering them. I’m just coming to check to see if someone has returned it unfortunately, the man was getting mad at me, unfortunately
  the employees there are not useful to help us when something happens there inside their store I gave them my phone number to see if they can call me back and hopefully that person has a consciousness that doesn’t live them what they did in their heart and give my iPhone back. I really need it.

• Amazing store with HUGE selection and the best part is its organized by price. We could barely get out of the store 😀 The mens side had some good stuff as well. We will be back here soon 😁

• I've been to this Zara a few times this month and their selection is really good for womens basics right now (like tanks, crop tops, and some dresses) but for everything else it's not the best. They don't always have all sizes, and make sure to check the clothes before you buy it because sometimes there will be small stains.
