  1. I never had any bad experiences here. I donā€™t know why itā€™s so many bad reviews.

    Always have modern styles here with great discounts options sometimes or regular/new styles. I have been coming here since 2016 and always love coming back here.

    The staffs were also helpful and friendly in assisting me with getting out-of-items on the floor.

    Busy/long line? This is one of the busiest areas in LA, so thatā€™s why and compared to the one in South Coast Plaza in Orange County, this is nothing. Its hell down there with over 100 people waiting in line, and I could never shop there or check out. I walked in and walked back out right away since it was 30 mins wait or more prolonged. I waited 5-10 mins here.

    Just choose the weekdays instead of weekends, then your life will be easier.

    However, the only disappointment Iā€™ve experienced with Zara is the absence of a dedicated kids department in this particular store. As a parent, it would be convenient to find a range of stylish and affordable options for my little ones under the same roof. While Zara does offer a kids collection online, it would be fantastic to see a dedicated section within the physical store as well.

    Despite this minor setback, I still highly recommend Zara for fashion-forward individuals looking to keep up with the latest trends. The storeā€™s ambiance, vast selection, and reasonable pricing make it a go-to destination for men and women seeking stylish clothing.

    I hope Zara takes note of this feedback and considers expanding their offerings to include a dedicated kids department in the future. It would undoubtedly enhance the overall shopping experience and attract a broader customer base.

  3. The worst customer service in the world. I ordered a million items online with instore pick up and as I was as leaving I asked for a bag to put all the things and the cashier had balls to ask me to buy a bag. Are you kidding me? Do you know the status of current economy and fashion stores competition? I can switch you for any merchant like an old pair of socks and take thousands of dollars I spend at Zara elsewhere. Asking ne to stay in long line to buy .10 bag is absolute nonsense and pure stupidity.

I ordered a pair of boots online and what I received was one boot as I ordered and another one in a different size and model, which was an awful surprise! went to their store at century city mall and had to stay in line for 30 minutes to be able to talk to someone, finally when I thought the error is gonna get fixed they told me they canā€™t help me because I was in a wrong line and I have to stay in another line next to the first one for another 30 minutes even tho they helped another customer return her order right before me, not to mention a blonde lady, this is the second time Iā€™m facing a totally unfair situation and a very bad customer service at this store and even tho I like this brand, I am not gonna shop from them anymore unless they set some standards for their customer service and treat people equally, Iā€™ve heard that Zara discriminated their workers in countries like Turkey but discriminating a customer based on their ethnicity in United States and especially in California is not something we would tolerate.
