Horrible service. They never have more than two people checking out lines of purchases or returns. The other 7 employee’s are literally standing around talking to each other. It’s ridiculous. I hate come here.
Been here many times. This visit I was looking for the infamous high wasted trouser pants. They had 2 separate tables on each side of the room. Store was clean and well kept with minimal disorganized sections.
The cashier with the dreads was rude.
The manager was ever worse.
It was so horrible i literally was wondering why all the employees were so mad and the female manager on shift today around 5/6 PM had 1. Nasty attitude, 2. Kept rolling her eyes, & 3. Didnt even communicate with me at the register.
For such a nice establishment they have to hire better people its like a bunch of badly raised kids running a store.
Too expensive, compared to Portugal, Zara of portos has better quality for a much lower price 100% linen shirts for €25 euros and the styles are way better
Some one broke into my fitting room space while I was using it. Check out is super slow with only one staff working on purchase line.
