  1. As everyone has been saying, the store is a complete mess. There are giant piles of clothing just laying around everywhere and itā€™s incredibly difficult to find anything. I came in to do a simple exchange thinking Iā€™d be in and out in about five minutes. Boy was I wrong. Took an hour just waiting in line because there was only one person at the register. Despite the line, the employees moved extremely slowly. And all that waiting just for them to say they are not allowed to price match or give me a different size. Ridiculous. However, itā€™s not their fault. This is 100% management. Hire more workers, teach employees to prioritize speed, fix the storeā€™s appearance, and, crazy idea, have some customer service?? Itā€™s not just appalling, but donā€™t they understand marketing? No one wants to buy stuff when everything is a mess. Hopefully everyone floods them with one star reviews and they fix this. I know Iā€™m never buying anything from Zara again, online or in store.

  2. Staffs here are lazy to help the best out of their service. I asked for scanning QR code to check, the first staff has no device, second at the fitting room didnā€™t even try and say I donā€™t have it here. Third one tried and thereā€™s no stock on the number sheet. I remember that the other storeā€™s staff look for the certain item and tried hard to find it at the ā€œSTOCKROOMā€ and when I came back to the last staff she said the app is inaccurate. They are NOT trying hard to satisfy the shopperā€™s experience who drove 30 min to get the last unit.

  3. What is going on with the people who work here?

Why is there so much indifference? Why is the customer service so lousy and terrible?

My complaint regards that of the TERRIBLE customer service of BRIANNAā€¦ a employee who is more interested in preserving her nail extensions and maintaining her eyelashes rather of attending customers. Sheā€™s very ARROGANT!
The staff who work here seem to be so bothered by helping others! They act in such an arrogant manner as if they were monarchs blessed by God.
Just like Brianna, everybody who works here is arrogant and has nonchalant attitude.

By the wayā€¦ I donā€™t think the Asian guy is the manager. šŸ‘ŽšŸ‘ŽšŸ‘Ž He doesnā€™t have the attitude to be a manager.

  4. I never leave reviews but the customer service at this Zara was so bad that I had to. Iā€™ve lived next to South Coast my whole life and I try to avoid Zara because the lines are so long, the employees are never helpful, and itā€™s super dirty and dusty in there. Even tried ordering online to pick up hoping there would be no wait. I had to wait 40 minutes just for them to give me my pick up order. Two days ago I bought three things from them without trying them on because the fitting room line was too long. I went to the self checkout kiosk and bought them. The purchase went through but it wouldnā€™t print my receipt. I pushed the help button but no employee came so I stood in line for 30 minutes to get my receipt. Once I got to the front, the employee stated that my card didnā€™t go through and that she would have to charge me again. I told her that it did go through but since she kept insisting I said okay. She told me if it charges me twice, I could just come back to the store for a refund. I was charged twice and went back to the store today to get a refund and they said theyā€™re unable to do anything since their system wipes at the end of the day. They told me to call my credit card company to dispute it or call customer service and that it was out of their hands. Then why was I told that I could come back and get a refund. Wasnā€™t even offered a sincere apology and they didnā€™t even give me the number to customer service. I had to look it up myself and confirm it with them. Wasting my time and money.
