  1. Staff here is so poorly managed. Some of the rudest, slowest, and most apathetic folks working the cash registers. Closing registers before close, shuffling customers from one end of the store to the other to close out registers. Preferential treatment for some people standing in line. Completely inefficient.

Floor managers walking around being catty and gossipy with employees whiles lines of 15-20 people wait to check out. I was baffled by the inefficiency and asked if they were understaffed, and the employee said it was normal. Waiting 15+ minutes on Sunday evening to buy two things in a store is not normal. The staff were so rude that it made me feel uncomfortable even waiting in line, and contemplating just leaving a few times without making the purchase. Really poor customer experience compared to similar retailers in the same shopping center.

Hoping regional management can take a look at this store specifically and do an audit of store process and policies. Please feel free to contact me if you’d like further information.

  2. worst Zara experience of my life! These workers took so long and only chatted with each other. She was so unfriendly and not made for customer service. No smile no anything. Will not ever return to this mall. I was expecting much better customer service than this. I spoke to her with no response at all. She was incredibly rude. The cashiers were talking about how all their good coworkers had left. No surprise there. The Zara men workers were much better than the Zara women workers.

  3. Take elevators from parking lot below to 6th floor. This location has women, men and kids sections. Well stocked and very well designed interiors and displays makes this store quite clean and nice. Service is nice and friendly. Sales are quite often and are very popular with younger customers.

  4. This location ironically has nothing but thugs working the cashier! Lazy, hateful and rude. The attitudes are atrocious, listen if you hate your job and hate customers, go flip burgers they’re paying $20 now minimum wage AND you don’t have to interact with people! If they weren’t so lazy, the lines would not be outrageous! Hire some sweet individuals please, whoever is hiring is hiring the WRONG people!

  5. This is the worst place to shopping.
