Large menâs department with fabrics that are light and cool for this weather. Prices are the typically overpriced for mall fashion. My son found a few items that he needed. Checkout clerk was efficient and pleasant.
I just couldnât get out of there fast enough due to the state of disarray and chaos. It was super crowded, there were lines for the dressing rooms, clothes all over the floor, and unorganized racks. If it wasnât for my son, I wouldnât have even bothered walking in.
The transgender woman is the rudest cashier ever. And no, her being transgender has nothing to do with my issues. She not once say a word to me, not one. Didnât tell me if my refund was going back to my card, nothing silence crickets.. just her mean mug face and nasty energy & uncomfortable energy. She clearly hates being there so letâs help her find a new job.
Stopped going to Zara. The store manager rejected the replacement, even though it wasnât worn, it wasnât used, had the receipt. I got it as a gift and when I tried it, it was smaller. The cloth was just wrinkled. The person who gave me gift had to dispute transaction with credit card company.
Love the store and the selection. Employees are nice but on busy days they got overwhelmed and the store not as clean and organized. Easy to pick up orders mad returns have been easy so far for me. The store is close to the parking.
I lime the shop but the employees are not the kindest and do not give the best service. I was disappointed by the quality and I honestly do not like the style.
