This store has great variety of items, but needs more staffing. Stood in line for 30 minutes just to make a return. 2 people working registers when you have a line extending half way through the store is not good. This is not the first time Iāve experienced this either. Get more help!
This specific Zara store is hopeless. They always have excuses about their incompetence. They canāt seem to have a system where cashiers actually serve customers. They have many payment stations both upstairs and downstairs but the upstairs payment stations are all permanently costly. The downstairs payment stations are staffed by one or two staff most of the time, while several staff walk around doing nothing. A buyer can wait over 1.5 hours or more just to pay for items. Customers just drop items and walk away all the time. The staff are rude and arrogant, they donāt care at all about this storeās business. That said if the corporate office is aware of this hopeless store then it must be systemic. You canāt run a business like this. Get a grip of your business and gain control, you could double your sales here if you manage this store properly. This current storeās situation is hopeless.
Do not buy here or online unless you want to wait 1 hour and 15 min in line to return. They shut down the fitting room so you canāt try stuff on, forces you to come back and make returns. Only 2 registers for return, the queue is almost going out of the store, and each person takes forever to make returns because the registers are always broken. Also the store is so disorganized it looks like a tornado went through it, just piles of cloths on the floor.
I went in to make an exchange and the African American girl that helped me (I shouldāve asked for her name) was so rude. The way she answer my questions was rude and when she was done ringing me up she just stood there in silence. No ok youāre all set or a thank you that way I know sheās done. I had to ask if sheās done and if Iām good to go. She needs to be fired and the manager who hired her should be fired too!!
Update: I came back a few months later, and things have changed. The store was a chaotic mess. Clothes in piles unsorted. Hangers on the floor. Worst of all one hour before closing they and the dressing room was closed. The attendant said it was because she was short staffed.
Myself and another woman left because we couldnāt try anything on. The other woman only had one item, and they still said no.
I drove a long way to come here and I wonāt come back again after this.
Original review: nice big Zara store. Dressing rooms are small but have good mirrors. Didnāt make it to the second level but found lots of goodies at reasonable prices.
