During my Friday noon visit to Zara, the store was well-organized, and the staff were friendly, especially in the fitting rooms. Despite the slow cashier service and crowded sale season, the associates kept the items organized, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience overall. The store’s selection of trendy clothing was also impressive, offering a variety of styles to choose from.
That was the worst experience ever. We ordered at the store with the store delivery. They sent it to a wrong store and it was close to impossible to get the credit back. No care no respect, no help just total disrespect.
Just like everyone else has said the WORST customer experience. I asked the girl working to help me find a certain top that I saw online. She led me to a completely different top and when I said that is not it she shrugged her shoulders and walked away….
This is one of my favorite stores to shop always something new I love that its like their my personal shopper very satisfied at whatever purchase I get my friends ask where did you get that I said ZARA. Not just clothes they have shoes, boots, bags you can order online as well go shopping at ZARA it will be your go to your personal shopper, great price one more thing their sales are outstanding you will need someone to be with you to hold all your items lol 😆 get shopping.
The lack of customer service here is appalling! I’m browsing the store grabbing items I’m interested in trying on and even after having two complete handfuls of clothing no one came up to me and offered to start a fitting room for me. When I did walk up to the gentleman with bleach blond hair to start one for me he looked like a deer in headlights! The two young women working in the dress room were gossiping loudly about another young lady. I go to Windsor after trying my items on and with only 2 items in hand a sales associate asked if she could get a fitting room started for me. ZARA CORPORATE needs to do a better job of hiring people. The customer service here is absolute trash!
