Love the cloths and selection canāt stand the way the store is managed. You have a line 1/2 way across the store and upstairs in menās 5 employees doing nothing, meanwhile their floor manager (light brown shirt) sends everyone downstairs to stand in the line rather than have 1-2 of his staff operate a register for 15 minutes and clear out the lines.
Is Zara retail store that is located in the Ala Moana Center, it has two floors the first floor is the female items while the second floor contains men items. It is a very large store so if you are a fan of the sorrow clothing then you may spend some time to find what you need and what you might like.
Both floors have entry into the rest of the plaza so you donāt need to exit on enter on a particular floor
Im a security guard that monitor all deliveries and any activities that happens inside or out of Zaraās.
The manager is absolutely amazing. She goes out of her way to help others.
This place has everything from bags, jewelry, perfumes/ colognes, shoes, hats, etc
Not impressed with service at all. Pants I bought were very long I asked do they provide service to shorten the pants, no we donāt thatās ok the boy at the changing room suggested to go to the tailor to shorten $35 track pants. , At the counter I was asked do I need a carry bag, I said yes than I saw cashier charged me for it. Well I think she should let me know that bag will cost me. Overall lazy service
Very spacious, mirrors all over to try in front of othersā¦ perfect place to go just in underwear and walk all around trying clothes itās like a big house clothes room. Too pricey but good collections. Maybe one day Iāll go only in underwear to experience their try on concept.
