Bought a new dishwasher from them. Leaked on the front. Asked them to come look at it. They said yes the first time, but since then does not reply to my many messages or calls. Do not buy from them as they will not take care of any issues that arises
In A Nutshell:
-At the very worst possible time of the year (or any year for that matter) due to the historic heat wave (today was 106 degrees) our refrigerator stopped working.
-Luckily I’ve been noticing YAM Appliance Repair whenever I drive towards Little Saigon.
-On a Saturday during Labor Day Weekend 2017, Fidel was still working at 5pm & I walked in.
-I told him my address & he showed up about 30 minutes later.
-He brought his own tools & immediately started to disassemble my Samsung refrigerator (after I quickly emptied it out).
-He was able to pinpoint the problem & most importantly FIX the problem.
-In basically less than an hour he diagnosed & remedied the problem, plus did a light clean up.
Overall, Fidel is very professional, he knows how to fix appliances & the price was very, very affordable, especially since this was a last minute, early-evening crisis. I need to share this knowledge if you ever experience a similar situation. Call Fidel!
Horrible experience. Bought a appliance and it lasted a month we contacted him and he never fixed neither took responsibility.
Park doesn’t have much shade for kids and the park is for older children. No baby swings
