This place should be 0 stars. I even belong to their Wyndham Guest service thing card whatever it is but I’ve got to tell you it’s a dump. I will never stay here again cockroaches. Someone steals our food. The place stunk, bad service. No manager couldn’t notify him tell Monday. Well, Monday was a holiday, so I doubt that it was even there and I heard that the manager’s even rude staff playing around on the luggage carts pushing each other. Strange people lurking around. They let a Uhaul park under their front door area but not hanicap? It was a bad experience again.
They need to clean this place up or close it down. It is gross so gross. My daughter and I had bad experience one other time we stayed here. They was trying to break through the door thats between the rooms pounding on it, so they did move us to a different room. But still the experience was kind of scary. It needs to be updated so badly. Some of the rooms have broken fixtures in the bathroom. Parking and rooms sucks big time for handicap. Why pay for your breakfast? They should have breakfast for free, after what you go through for staying there, so no no more for me. I’ve had it especially when you wake up and you have cockroaches everywhere. It was nasty!!!
Had a church event here and this hotel was very nice, elegant and clean. We had a catered lunch and the food was great! We had a room for the kids and it was on the smaller side but perfect for the small group and very clean. I would stay at this hotel if I needed a room any day!
Lobby was decent and seemed quite clean. When we walked into our room, it smelled. It was not pleasant, I’d describe it as a dirty foot smell. Wasn’t expecting much but was still disappointed. Bathroom didn’t seem clean and shower drain was rusty. The air conditioner was incredibly loud and had to be shut off. Throughout the night the windows made noises when gusts of wind would come around because the window wasn’t sealed correctly. Stains on couch in the room and our room didn’t have a microwave.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!
I’ve stayed here several times, always trying to give it a chance since is the closest one to me.
Last time was the worse. Water pressure was awful and I took forever to shower.
Between 9-9:30 someone tried to open my room with a key!!!! TWICE!!!! When I got to front desk really upset about that the not so nice lady didn’t even apologize, she was like: well, now is time for room service cleaning and maybe they thought the room was be vacant. Are you kidding???? THATS WHAT CHECKOUT IS FOR!!!!!
And on top of that, the charged my card twice, I called and they just refunded half of it and after 2 months in still waiting for the other half.
AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT WANNA HAVE A BAD TIME
My daughter stayed here for MEPS. She enjoyed the rooms. They get to eat here as well. We are Wyndham rewards members. We hope they keep up there game.
