  1. Hotel was in a great location. Quiet area. Right off of 101 freeway easy access. However no nearby eateries or shopping plazas. Service of front desk was just okay. Wasn’t great and wasn’t horrible. We stayed for 4 nights and only got housekeeping service once. We put our sign up to request it everyday while we were out but no one came. Had to go to the front desk to request towels and toilet paper multiple times. Beds are comfortable. Room is spacious. However the hotel is old and run down. Needs a renovation. Shower head was old and rusty. Carpets were dirty. Some stains on the sheets. Wallpaper coming off. 1 small trash can in the room. Had to bring bags to put trash in since the housekeeping didn’t come. Overall you get what you pay for $80 a night. Decent enough if you just need an affordable place to sleep and shower. I would not recommend if you are on vacation and want to enjoy your room. Also the restaurant and bar is closed down.

  2. Decided to stay at La Hacienda after a disastrous night elsewhere. Initially it was good, staff was nice and accommodating but it didn’t last. When we checked in we requested additional bedding for our 3 kids to use on the sofa bed and were told it would be bright up. After returning from being out all day a single sheet and pillow was provided on the sofa bed, no blankets or additional pillows. We went to the front desk to request them again and were told we had to wait until the next day bc they didn’t have access! This was not acceptable and after far to much arguing, my wife breaking down and crying in the lobby and calls to the staffs manager they allowed us to take bedding from an empty room. It took over and hour of this before they allowed it! We are paying to sleep at your facility but you can’t provide extra bedding?!?! Requesting extra anything, towels, bedding, etc, is like pulling teeth. Once housekeeping lady daily at 4 they wouldn’t give anything. This was all day 1! Day 2 the toilet wouldn’t flush and overflowed. Called the front desk to get someone sent up and no one showed for over 15 minutes. Again the way out we had to ask for someone to go up. Are a few hours out we come and are told it came be fixed and we have to change rooms! Day 3 the toilet again won’t flush and once again called front desk to get it fixed and are told we are lucky maintenance is still there, it was 3pm. They are able to fix toilet but told us we came flush very much toilet paper bc the toilets couldn’t handle it!! Excess toilet paper wasn’t even used!

I would not recommend this hotel. It’s no longer owned by Wyndham so I’m not sure this transition has been difficult. Rooms are kind of updated but hotel overall is dated. Pool was filthy and hot tub was broken. No breakfast is provided, something we simply overlooked. Overall very disappointed with the staff. Room was serviceable but the plumbing issues were a constantly a concern. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

  3. Service of front desk was horrible and the boss (I don’t remember exactly the name. Probably Rom) was really rude. He was dirty and he didn’t speak English very well.

This hotel is disgusting. Stains everywhere. Broken door handles. Rusted out showers and shower heads. Hallways and rooms smell disgusting. For the amount of money this hotel costs (160,00$) , you expect an average hotel with decent rooms. This was something I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying at not even on a budget.
Now you can also found this new hotel “La hacienda” on Airbnb, please, come on, they are not serious, they put pics not like the thruh, the hotel isn’ new, but it’s very old and dirty.

When I booked on app it mention free breakfast but when you get there, not even Coffee, there is no breakfast in this hotel at all.

  4. Got to hotel after booking a day on a third party app however upon arriving realized was old Wyndham now La Hacienda. Was told at front desk it was a 200 deposit now stating we have a linen stain fee of 70 dollars a dime like size that was not even washed yet but kept partial deposit paid the $early check in fee and still am waiting for deposit back it’s so downgraded and run down we saw mice when we came in thru back door entrance by ice machine I will never stay there again pool was closed This was our room #103

You’d be better off at a Motel 6. Front desks clerks always had a line and each time I went downstairs another group of people were complaining of the smell. Do not waste your money or time here. Doors in the hallway even look like they’ve been kicked in a time or two.
