  1. This is the best hotel in the Ukiah/Redwood Valley area. Cleanliness, rooms, service, and location are all 5 star. As others have mentioned the breakfast could use a little work, but I don’t choose a hotel for its free breakfast. I want a comfortable night in a clean room in a nice area and the Wyndham Garden provides all of that. A special shout out to customer service manager Elizabeth. We had an issue when we first arrived that could have put a damper on our stay. She went above and way beyond to make sure we taken care of. Thank you Elizabeth! Stay at the Wyndham Gardens. You will not be disappointed.

  2. Wyndham Garden, Redwood Valley
We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience! The place was very beautiful, brand new, and extremely clean. The pool was clean and had powerful jets. The location was superb, just an hour and fifteen minutes away from Fort Bragg and Glass Beach. It’s a great idea to stop by at night and visit Glass Beach the next morning.

My only suggestion would be to be punctual for breakfast, as they serve it between 6-8 am. We returned late the second night from Glass Beach, super tired, and couldn’t make it till 8:00 am. Unfortunately, we arrived at 8:04 am, and they had already cleared away most of the breakfast items. My baby and I only got to have an apple and an orange, which was a bit disappointing. However, that’s a minor complaint.

Overall, we loved our experience and would totally recommend it!”

  3. Friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous hotel, awesome hot tub with powerful jets. Private. Had the entire pool/hot tub yard to myself the entire night. Will definitely stay again. Plus I love a liberal late checkout at 3pm for just $55 extra. Love it 🥰

  4. Let’s start with the “pluses”. The staff was friendly, they had a good working washer and dryer, the fitness equipment was practically new. They have a hot tub, the breakfast was okay, the hours of breakfast were odd at 6 am to 8 am. I stayed there for an extended period of time (3 months) since I was traveling for work. First problem You have to ask to have your room cleaned every time. All of the housekeeping staff leaves at 5 pm so if you need service after 5 pm you are out of luck. I would ask to have the room cleaned on my way to work and then only to come back to the room and it is not clean. So I asked to have my room cleaned 3 times a week and they managed to clean it twice without me asking. I have included a picture of a towel from the room that I used to clean the Floor. The second problem is that if you need to move rooms ( I did this several times because the room needed cleaning) that you needed to pack all of your stuff and then bring them downstairs so that you can get another key for a new clean room. So because I am staying for an extended period of time I have a lot of stuff and it would literally take me approximately 2 hours to move everything each time. I contacted the management and they confirmed that they have a problem with the housekeeping however they did not compensate me for the inconvenience in anyway whatsoever other than an apology 😩

  5. Hotel is new, beautiful and clean. Our room was lovely and the pool was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. My main issue was the breakfast – not what we expected for this price point and target market. First, the hours are very limited from 6-8 am (very inconvenient for families). And the offerings are totally inadequate- no bread, no juice, no milk for cereal, no real cream for coffee, etc. I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel breakfasts we’ve had. If this matters to you, be aware!
