Geoff, Doug and Linda have walked me through my entire sign for Medicare, which was quite complicated due to delays from my previous employer.

Doug Wright is absolutely the best. We had received a cancellation notice from Humana because we had moved and changed our primary residence address which Humana claimed was out of their service area. We contacted Doug and though he was not licensed in the state we had moved to, he immediately took the time to conference call Humana with us for over an hour and got us re-enrolled.
