The facility and staff themselves are great. Equipment always worked, nothing broken when I went. What I do NOT like are the corporate money-grubbing policies. When we went to register, they charged us an additional $50 or so as a sign up fee. Then when I had to cancel mine a month or so later, there was a cancellation fee (for the additional 30 days they require you to purchase at cancellation). If they really valued their customers for more than just money, they’d be up front about the fees and let you cancel without slapping you with a bill on your way out.
