GO TO PUBLIX! This store rarely has any attendant lines open so expect to check yourself out. Even if you have $500-$700 worth of groceries in your cart. I’ve asked for help to check me out and they always say they don’t have anyone there to help check out. I called Corporate to report and they said they’ve noted my concerns. I asked if I would get a call back and he told me twice that I will not get a call back because they handle everything internally and do not call customers. I told them I was officially through with them and taking my $1,000 (minimum) weekly grocery store visits to Publix. RIP Winn Dixie-Inverness!
My Sienna’s battery decided to take a quick vacation and strand me. Ms. Libby, left her break early to check on me and to apply her jump box to reawaken my battery! She is a Blessing. Take care of her.
I used the coin star at this location gor my mom and went to a register to get cash back. The cashier didn’t count the money to me and I didn’t count the money until 15 minutes later. The cashback was short $20. I called the store thinking I have the amount wrong but they verified the amount I was suppose to recieve and said they would count down his drawer to see. I worked in retail for 10+ years so shutting a lane down to count was probably not going to happen. I called back after 30 mins and they said his cash register was not over, so what happened to my $20?! I don’t have the time or energy to argue with people so I just hung up the phone. If it wasn’t money for my mom I probably would have let it go anyways but since she is on a fixed income I wanted to make sure she got ALL of her money back. It’s unfortunate and I will never stop at this store again for anything.
I am a Instacart shopper, shopping for Customers. Every time I come in this store and other winne Dixie locations, they are always out of meat. Meat department sucks and meat guy is never helpful. The other workers in the store are always very much helpful than the meat department workers. I am tired of coming in this store and they are always out of something. It’s ridiculous, my customers are unhappy
I was in the store today doing a door dash order and there was an issue with an item ringing up correctly. The store was really busy but an employee named Julian that went above and beyond to help me get it worked out.
