Wingate by Wyndham Montgomery – Hotels and Resorts in Alabama

Wingate by Wyndham Montgomery appears to be a book bearing the name of its author, Montgomery Wynthrope Wingate (hypothetical, as this is a constructed sentence with no external reference provided). A summary of such a book would require access to its content. If created from a non-existent or unavailable source, a summary cannot be offered. However, hypothetically, one might summarize a book about these themes within a 100-word limit as follows:

“In ‘Wingate by Wyndham Montgomery,’ Montgomery Wingate explores time’s intricate dance with destiny. Set against a backdrop of an alternate reality where past, present, and future collide, readers dive into a web of intricate plots and larger-than-life characters. Wingate weaves a tale filled with philosophical musings on the nature of choice, the fluidity of time, and the threads of fate weaving our lives together. His storytelling craft captivates, leaving readers pondering the impact of their impending decisions long after the final page is turned.”

Here, we have crafted a summary that could potentially represent a fictional book, focusing on its literary significance and thematic content succinctly. However, please note that without the actual content of Montgomery Wingate’s work, this summary is purely imaginative.

  1. Check-in time shown on confirmation was 3:00 pm (not 4:00 as shown on Google maps). I arrived at 2:35 pm, and I realized it was possible I would have to wait. However, upon arrival, there was nobody at the check in desk. A housekeeping person came by and said the manager was checking rooms and would be with me shortly. After 10-15 minutes, I called the hotel phone number (shown on their room confirmation) from the lobby to see if that would arouse anyone’s attention. It rang several times, then answered with an automated message that the number was no longer in service. Thinking I must have dialed incorrectly, I called again, making sure of the number, and received the same result. Finally, after a 25 minute wait, the manager showed up, asking if I would like to check in.

As for the room, it was adequate, but had obviously been a smoking room previously. The floor was very tacky and the refrigerator did not work. Otherwise, I seemed fairly clean. I was only staying one night, so I didn’t make an issue out of the refrigerator.

The hotel is tucked in behind a ratty-looking restaurant and the grounds surrounded by weeds, both of which give a seedy impression of the place.

I will not be staying there again.

  2. Came into town to visit family and although we didn’t spend much time in the room I enjoyed the stay. The room was clean and quiet. Housekeeping made sure we had clean linens and towels each day. They have a free breakfast bar and the food was good. They also have a variety of snacks and drinks available for purchase. I would stay here again if I needed to.

  3. We stopped on our way home from Florida, at a halfway point. For over $150 a room, the hallway was dirty, the room was outdated. The bedskirt (what hotel has bedskirts) was stained, but breakfast was ok, ends at 930 on a Saturday. The staff was friendly and nice. The night desk worker was super nice and attentive. I was hoping for a nicer room compared to others in the area. The ac in our room worked well. The hot shower was nice in the morning. Some things could definitely be better for the price.

  4. Warning DO NOT STAY HERE! You can put the sign out not to come in your room but that does not matter! I was a single lady staying and money came up missing out my room. Then I call the cops and the manager did not come into the hotel to review the tape but reviewed from home. MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE! We had a large group staying so best believe we will not be staying here again. GOD don’t like ugly and you will pay for what you did.
