Thanks to Danica and Hong I am feeling myself again after having 2 kids! They took their time to help me shop for the first time in years and when I tell you I looked and felt great walking out of there with all that I got I sure did! If anyone is struggling with getting out there and finding something beautiful to wear come to this Windsor and ask for them! They WILL do you justice!!!
Love the store but had a super negative experience with an employee there. Super condescending and rude when I asked if they had something in stock.
I visited Windsor today to return a pair of shoes, only three days from the purchase day and never wore. Although I initially exchanged them for a larger size due to fit issues, the strap area still posed a problem. Upon attempting to return the item, the woman at the store claimed the system wouldn’t allow it because of the prior exchange, despite the store’s 14-day return policy.
Despite my request for assistance or involvement of a manager, she insisted on her role as the manager and refused any help without attempting to explore alternatives. The encounter left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, questioning the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. As a longtime shopper with your brand, I now understand the reasons behind the store’s low rating. Please take note of this experience.
The staff was super helpful. Danica helped me pick out an outfit for my friends birthday party and was incredibly helpful with finding different option. Overall it was a great experience!
