Amazing place to shop 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. They have plenty of discounts to dace from with so much variety. This place is card only, a debit card is what I used they don’t accept credit card
I left my basket, I came in wearing full work uniform, straight off the clock going to buy dinner for everyone at my house. Now they treat everyone like they’re stealing. Granted theft is at an all-time high due to prices and inflation. But I’m paying, and I have 15 items or less, but the lines are worse than L.A. traffic after 3pm. I left my basket to go to Ralph’s, which was more of the same if not worse. Hey WinCo, everyone is not a theif, paying customers deserve the dignity of the benefit of the doubt. If not, I can definitely shop elsewhere. Your store was great because it was open 24hrs and has wide varieties of products. But when your customer service is lacking. So you take it out on your customers because there’s thieves afoot. I can’t say that I don’t get wanting to maintain the shrinkage. But to take it out on the paying and treat everyone as guilty until proven innocent. That I’m sure will not drive sales, unless it’s driving them away.
They probably have the best prices on produce and overall groceries. they are definitely cheaper than the other ones that I go to. The fact that they don’t take credit doesn’t bother me, that’s how they’re able to bring down the prices so it’s definitely a win. Love that they’re open all night and it looks like they’re the only ones that do nowadays. Which is excellent for someone like me. I’d come here a lot more if it were closer to me, but I’ll definitely keep coming here when I’m able to.
Thought I’d check this place out yesterday. Ya it’s pretty dirty and the produce dept was nasty, but most of the prices were less then other places. So we spent a few hours exploring and after bagging our stuff we are told they don’t take checks after 9pm. No signs anywhere! Pretty stupid for a 24 hour store. We no longer use debit cards because they are so prone to bank fraud. So we dumped our groceries back onto the counter and told the manager to post signs about check policy. Certainly don’t need to ever go there again!
On July 7th during evening time, checkout lines were extremely long with only 4 cashiers opened. I observed a lot of frustrated customers so I decided to help and ask for the manager to possibly get more cashiers to open. Manager wasn’t available so I spoke with a “lead” (bald light eyed gentlemen). His response was “it’s not my fault people decide to shop after sunset.” His response was unacceptable and unprofessional. It’s upsetting management hires employees that do not carry leadership in them. I kindly responded “there are solutions to everything perhaps hiring more cashiers to avoid these situations.” He giggled. I’m new to this area and it was a disappointing experience.
