1. I have been living here for more than one year and I have not had any problems.
   The building is so peaceful and clean.
   Good amenities and nice neighbors.
   Unfortunately in the last couple of weeks, the entire management team has been changed and we only have Mario from the previous team who is always helpful and a pleasant guy.

2. I recently moved into here and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to Chris, who assisted us throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Chris was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always went above and beyond. Despite the high demand for these apartments, Chris put in extra effort to secure a place for us, which we deeply appreciate. He was always prompt, honest, and professional in answering our questions and accommodating our requests. As for the apartment itself, the quality and size of the unit are excellent and well worth the price. Maintenance and other requests are handled promptly. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend living in WILCO.

3. This is truly a gem of an apartment complex. When I first moved in last year, Erin and Glenn were fantastic. Today, McKynzie and Chris continue to do a wonderful job. They are responsive, professional, communicative, and you can tell they care about the community. Mario and the maintenance team do a great job and the security team helps me feel safe. Also the rooftop is an excellent hang space! As far as my apartment unit, I love all of the natural light that flows in, the quality construction and materials (the walls are not paper thin!) and the modern amenities. I also really appreciate the guest parking and secure package delivery and mailroom. I highly recommend Wilco Apartments and am grateful to be here.

4. Best apartment and community. I got a package while I was out of town and it was placed in the mail room by the delivery guy. I emailed the leasing office to help me secure the package and put it inside the leasing office (just in case since I’m away for a few weeks and won’t be able to pick it up) and Chris replied promptly and even offered to put the package inside my apt instead! Super friendly, kind and helpful!

5. Have lived here for just over a year, and have to say – Wilco is a hidden gem in the area. We really wanted a place that has great management, and Chris and McKynzie are among the best in the industry. They really strive to bring the best experience for residents, whether that’s in small celebrations throughout the year, to being really available for all your questions, and being able to say that about apartments in LA is often unheard of.

   The amenities are great, rooms are new and well-equipped with new appliances, and the maintenance staff are amazing–any issues we ever had were solved within a day at best.

   Parking is safe in the garages, and they also offer a few spots for your guests when you have visitors.

   Can’t recommend this place enough, and happy we found Wilco!
