Destiny was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She knew how to put pieces together and was honest about how I looked which I greatly appreciated. She was so nice, friendly and professional. I will definitely returning just because of Destiny! The store was very clean and organized.
I wish there was an option to give this place 0 stars because that is what it truly deserves. The manager completely abuses her workers verbally and runs this store like a high school bully. I personally know young ladies who have worked here and have had them tell me not even a fraction of the terrible actions taken by the other employees, and I am thoroughly disgusted. I will never shop here and support the mistreatment of young girls after witnessing what truly goes down here.
I agree that the clothes are expensive but you can usually find great pieces when they have a sale. Plus, Iâm willing to pay a little more for the great customer service I always receive. I have recently stopped shopping at one of my favorite stores a few shops down because I never get so much as a greeting when I walk in the door. WHBM is probably going to be my âgo-toâ store now. I wish I knew the womanâs name thatâs been working there a long time. I assume she must be a manager because sheâs so great at what she does. She always helps put outfits together, offers to try to order ur size if they donât have it, constantly checks to make sure u are finding what you need and checks on you when ur trying on clothes to grab another size. I definitely appreciate that they give opinions on what does and doesnât work because I tend to doubt myself when I shop alone and my husband is not always the best judge of an outfit. I think this is a great place to shop especially if youâre tired of all the poor customer service elsewhere.
WHBM screams QUALITY!! I have had the pleasure of meeting two lovely ladies.. associate Tanaeja and associate Teaira⊠(I like to call them TNT because their customer service is the BOMB!! ) They are both professional, helpful, and fashion forward in every way. This is my happy place. Thank for my wonderful experience ladies. WHBM is still #1 in my book!!
I follow market house on instagram and tried getting an invoice for an item so i could have it before it sold out. I never got a response nor an invoice and they were continuously posting on instagram. none the less i went in to the store to hopefully find one and my size was gone less than 24 hours later. not happy with the customer service.
