Absolutely terrible company. I never received my order. UPS delivered the package to a different address, the photo UPS uploaded for proof of delivery is clearly not my house. Whimsy and Row told me it was my problem and not theirs. I’m out hundreds of dollars. Whimsy and Row only cares about money. Terrible customer service and accountability. Won’t be ordering from them again.
What a great store! I’ve bought several of their gorgeous pieces, and I always get a million compliments when I wear them. Their clothes are flattering and impeccably made. I usually gravitate toward solids rather than prints, but their prints are so tasteful and beautiful that they might have converted me 😉 On top of that, their stuff is sustainably made, so I feel good about shopping there. And on top of that, they have incredible customer service. I had an issue with my order (no fault of theirs) and their customer service team went above and beyond to make it right. This is why you shop small! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience… thanks, Whimsy & Row!
Love this store! I am new to LA and was looking for a boutique that has plus size options. I found 2 beautiful skirts here that really highlighted my figure and fit me so well! Also the service is exceptional. Ryan was wonderful and I had such a great time talking to him. Will definitely be coming back ☺️
I ordered Sidney Dress in Black and I fell in LOVE with it. It is so comfy, stays in place great and works great for my job of shooting weddings. It is also my go to for any fun party or summer day with the family along the river. It is the best, I highly recommend it!!
