1. I couldn’t say enough great things about What’s Up Europe. I had found my dream dress at another salon but it was way over my budget and I would still have to pay for alterations to add sleeves and other adjustments. I knew that this was my dress and I was determined to find it somewhere else. I went on the designer’s website and saw that What’s Up Europe in Visalia had the dress. So I gave What’s Up Europe a call and the dress was cheaper than the other salon. I set up an appointment with Melissa and she was so kind and helpful. I had told her how I would need to have alterations make custom sleeves to match the dress and right away she remembered that they had another dress with detachable sleeves that matched perfectly with my dress. So not only did she save me money by buying the dress but also in alterations. Thank you Melissa for making all of my dress buying stress go away!

2. I shopped here 3 years ago for my wedding, and I thought I left a review, but when I was referring them to another bride to be, I noticed I didn’t. But their selection and staff are amazing. Literally, to this day, I refer bride’s to be, to them, and talk about the service I got and my dress to current date. They got me and my sister’s dress same day take home no tailoring needed for an amazing prices. They have an amazing high-quality selection for all kinds of styles and shapes. I love this place so much, and I’m happy to have had them as my wedding dress supplier of choice. My dress was the naked/nude style lace dress (I heard that’s what that style is called. idk its professional bridal dress name), and my sister’s is the red dress.

3. I was so nervous for this part of the wedding process due to being a plus size bride but I was so pleasantly surprised. Melissa made the experience so amazing and special for myself and for those that joined along. I was able to find my dress and I cannot wait to walk down the aisle with it on!

4. I went into this place and wasn’t planning on buying a dress at all. Just wanted to know what size I was. After trying on 10 dresses, dress number 2 was definitely the one!! It was also half off and the last from the brand that is getting discontinued. The ladies that work here are wonderful and very professional with what they do! Special thank you to Melissa that is the manager in helping assist me! I cannot wait for my big/special day with the gorgeous dress I got!

5. Love the experience first Dress tried out and that’s the first dress she chose. They have so much experience good customer service. I am very glad that we got to experience this and success.
