I Highly recommend Westwood Appliance. What a difference than buying from a big box store! Family owned and in business since the 1970’s. Their price was competitive and the delivery and install was on-time, friendly and very professional. They are factory authorized and service what they sell. I will definitely be coming back when another appliance is needed.
I called and made an appointment within the week. Ronnie called to say he was on his way. He was professional, courteous and helpful. Diagnosed the issue with my stove and in less than a week he was back to replace the part. I cannot recommend the people at Westwood Appliance highly enough.
My experience has been very positive. The service department is good and reasonable. I’ve purchased appliances from them and the pricing is in line. For me, the service, purchase and delivery are all equally important. I will be using them in the future.
Westwood appliance is my go to for any kind of appliance repair. They send trained service people and use the correct manufacturer parts for each appliance. Yesterday, I bought a new dryer from them which they installed and got running and took away my old machine to be recycled. Now, can use them to both repair and replace appliances. Makes my life a lot easier.
