What a great experience! My dad is a general contractor and has always had great things to say about Western Plumbing, so when I could smell gas near my stove I called to see if they could come check it out. Not only did they show up, diagnose and fix the problem the same day, the process was seamless! I got a text and phone call when David was on his way. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable, explained what he would be doing and finished the job quickly. The next morning I received a text invoice for a very fair price that I was able to pay with one click on Apple Pay. I wish everything could be as easy and pleasant as my experience with Western Plumbing! Highly recommended!
I called with a water heater issue, he came out and tried to trouble shoot to no avail, so he went back, found the replacement parts and returned to fix the water heater. Then stuck around to make sure everything was perfect, all in one day. This was warranty work (no charge) that they treated with this sense of urgency, rare customer care this day and age.
Quick response to a water main leak. The crew found the issue quickly and put a temporary repair on the leak while the gathered the materials to do the permanent repair. Overall we are very happy and will use Western Plumbing again in the future.
I called Western Plumbing early morning because I had a plumbing emergency. They worked their schedule around to fit me in. I received text updates and they arrived on time and I was updated of his arrival. From the first point of contact to the finished job was incredible. Such nice, professional and on top of that reasonable on their fee. They made a horrible experience so easy. I appreciate everything they did and would definitely recommend them. Of course, if/when I have another issue I will be calling them again. Thank you!
DAVID did a great job and diagnosing the problem and replacing all the parts needed. Great job. Appreciate the extra effort coming out late on Friday afternoon to make it all happen. One minor issue, we got back home at 9pm and noticed David forgot to open the water line to the water tank. 😳
