My recent car-buying journey with West Coast Auto Sales was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I stepped into their dealership, I felt welcomed and valued. They were upfront and honest about everything, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Very impressed with the service we received from our sales guy Mike Prieto and the entire team! We were leery about purchasing a car from West Coast after reading some of the reviews but we’re so glad we took a chance! Mike was amazing and we felt no pressure at all! We got a great deal on our beautiful Land Rover and they offered better financing than the pre-approval I had, although they were ready to use my pre-approved lender without any issues. I highly recommend buying from Mike and West Coast!
If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would. They say they bring back their customers with “great service” but i have been calling for MONTHS now with an issue I am having and they have not complied. They also refuse to give the name of their GM or have their GM contact me. What’s the point in being a general manager if you won’t do your duties and your team doesn’t do them either? They only want your money and that’s the only thing they care about. I know plenty of other dealerships that can help you out and will actually COMMUNICATE with the customer. These people will sell you with pleasant words and broken promises. All the reviews are based off the FIRST meeting. Once they hook you, you will NOT hear from them again. They will just keep telling you they been busy, they will get back to you [and they never do], its just a never ending circle. If West Coast Auto has any intention of keeping me as a customer, they should go ahead and contact me, but as of now WORST DEALERSHIP I EVER BEEN TO.

They will not sell you a car unless you purchase their “accessories,” and claim that that’s how they’ll make their profit on the sale. Highly illegal practice, and they are just getting away with it. Their customer service is horrible as well, I do not recommend getting your first car here! TRY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!
