The area is beautiful but this hotel was not worth the price. The internet barely worked & was very slow, the bathroom door didn’t shut, no AC on 90 degree days, tiles in bathroom were cracked, bed was not comfy and the parking was difficult. This was more of a $160/ night hotel not a $260/ night hotel. Very disappointed.
Stayed at West Sonoma Inn & Spa for three nights April 27-29 2023. Our room was spacious & clean overlooking the vineyard. Brand new hot tub on private deck which we enjoyed both morning & evening. Close to downtown. About a 3 minute walk. The owner Naveed was very hospitable and gave us names of restaurants both in town and close by in other towns. He made sure we had everything we needed in our room. It was our first time in the Russian River and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. We are coming back in September with 3 other couples to stay here. The grounds are beautiful with big lawn areas, BBQ and picnic tables and a large pool. Lots of places to sit and relax as a group. Highly recommend it!!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at West Sonoma Inn and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience. I was impressed by the updated rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and all the amenities. Walking distance to the city was so convenient.
But the true highlight of my stay at West Sonoma Inn and Resort was the excellent service provided by the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a truly memorable vacation.
I would highly recommend West Sonoma Inn and Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway but still close to all activities of the city.

Rooms very clean, great location. Asked for a king bed got a queen. No wine tasting, no heated pool (which is why we choose the place) as stated on website. We were told to expensive to heat. Was not going to write this review until I saw that my credit card overcharged. The owner is a sweet guy who does not understand what customer service is. It’s a shame because this place could be a goldmine with the right management.
Beautiful setting overlooking the Vineyards. Well groomed resort and a beautiful pool. Owner & Management excellent and welcoming. Walk to town restaurants and Russian river fun.
