Absolutely disgusting!!! Food is not fresh at all, and sandwich is completely wrong with no condiments, and is not fully cooked! Sprite has not been changed and taste like water also. Literally disgusting!! Overnight staff with manager “Walter” needs to do better, especially with people ordering on Uber Eats and paying $25 for a combo. No straw in the bag, and only received 2 ketchups for an entire combo with fries. Will not eat this, and reporting to Uber Eats for refund. Do better and be mindful of others and paying customers!
Had a delivery with partly cold fries and nuggets. Must have been in the aircostream of the dasher, who could not find the address (use Googlemaps right!).
However, the Caesar salad was a real disappointment, because it was not fresh. The salad itself was very obviously a bit too old and not of good quality. Too bad, because the chicken parts on it were much better and fresh.
It was not a very good experience unfortunately.
Burger was on point, parking lot atmosphere should have security check.. A few schizophrenics wandering aimlessly repetitively throughout The parking lot.. pretty much beyond Wendy’s control.. there are other businesses as well So maybe a full contribution is needed here..
I work as a delivery driver for Uber, when I come to pick up an order, these employees give this order to scammers and the owner of the order is left without food, irresponsible employees.
Clearly poor management. I asked for nuggets made fresh maybe three times (I could tell them ones there were sitting there for a while. It was late night), and the cashier completely ignored my request.
