1. Hasina, and team, are exceptional. She always provides timely communication and updates throughout the buying and selling process. Yes, she was so good helping with our sale in OC, we engaged her again when buying in the IE. My only initial concern of her knowledge of our area in OC was quickly erased when she helped us achieve over asking in a matter of days (and pretty sure highest sale price ever in our large community!).

   During our buying process, she always went out of her way to be accessible around our busy schedules. She was a great resource, advocate, negotiator (and counselor!) during the process. She helped us to navigate a very competitive market and find a great home at a price we felt good about.

   Nothing but positives to offer for Hasina and team!

2. Hasina is who you want in your corner when it comes to real estate. She made the process of selling my home a great experience. She is patient kind and available 24/7. She had great wisdom on offers and was able to prioritize without hesitation. She has an enormous amount of followers in the community she serves, her network is so huge that my home sold in less than one week! I will definitely use them for the purchase of my dream home in the near future! 3. We can’t say enough about Hasina. She was very professional, yet treated us like family. She responded quickly when we had questions or needed info. She sold our home the first week for a generous amount more than we were asking. I knew right away after meeting with her she had earned our full trust.

4. Leo had reached out to me almost 1 year before the sale of our house. I explained to him our situation and that it may be a while before we were ready to sell. He was very professional in staying in contact and keeping me up on current market conditions over the next 9 months. When we were ready to go Leo and Hassina came to the house to discuss our details and needs and put together an action plan.
   They both were patient and professional and got us where we needed to be with little to no stress in making the transaction happen.
   As we know selling a house with all the details involved can be a trying experience and they made it comfortable and easy to get through.
