I purchased a replacement battery for my Samsung Tab 3 tablet. I received a call on last week that it was in. Had it installed today, July 9, received a call from store that new battery was not fully charged on installation, allowed them to charge the battery for a few hours to see if fully operating, & picked up tablet but battery was not fully charged (37%). Asked about it and they told me that I was have to fully charge it myself.
I would have thought, if I purchased a new battery it would have been fully charged. If I refused this battery and they ordered another battery, it would take another week before it comes in.
This is not good business and this doesn’t seat well with me. They didn’t offered a discount for my inconvenience on a non-fully charged battery.
My experience overall was great interacting with the staff there as they were very helpful and friendly. I went in to get a new antenna on my iPhone. After some quick troubleshooting they said they would be able to fix it. I returned a couple hours later and the signal was a strong 3G, but by the time I got home I had no tower coverage at all and it was back to the way it was before. Fortunately they do warranty the work they do for six months. I guess I’ll just have to go back in the morning and see if anything can be done about it.
I first contacted Batteries Plus because my iphone wouldn’t hold a charge. I suspected I needed to replace it. The representive told me they had the battery in stock and could probably replace it while I waited. I had already had a conversation with the local Apple Store and they were not helpful at all. So I took my phone to Batteries Plus.
The store staff were all very friendly and quite helpful. My battery was replaced while I waited. I also thought I had a cracked screen, but the tech told me it the screen protector that was cracked, not the screen. Rather than trying to sell me something, he told me it wasn’t that bad and should be okay. I decided to replace it anyway, and he assisted me in finding the right product and installed it for me.
While I was waiting, I looked over the products, and saw many that would fit some future needs. We are relatively new to Huntsville, and I’m so glad I found this store. I will definitely shop here again.
Without exception, all the store staff was courteous, very helpful, and professional. I really appreciated that they listened to me and solved my problem. I never felt rushed, nor did I feel any sales pressure. I chose the products and service. What a refreshing experience!
Awesome service!!! I was able to get off work, make an appointment online for that evening, bring my iPhone 8P with a cracked screen in and drop it off, and then pick it up all new and working in an hour! Customer service was excellent and the price was affordable. I left a happy camper! Thank you Guys
They repaired my phone by replacing the battery under warranty with no issues at all. Took about 15 minutes. They also replaced my cracked screen protector at the same time. I was very pleased. Highly recommend!
