We recently Got a home from them. Charity was our sales rep. She was amazing throughout the process. Every question I had( which was alot) she answered without hesitation and always stayed in touch. Still after the home was delivered and set, any problems I’ve had so far she has been great with helping get taken care of.
Absolutely awesome people! Charity Butler was my sales rep and she is the bomb! She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable! I was treated like family. They took care of every concern or issue I had. The house is wonderful too! If I could give 10 stars I would! Will be going back to purchase my daughters home!
My husband and I recently just purchased the 5k home, we dealt with Charity from start to finish. Service was fantastic and easy and overall a quick process. Charity was outstanding and never failed to make sure we understood everything, she always made sure she responded to emails even after hours if we had questions. She got the job done for us. Regret buying but stuck now. Lot models are beautiful and solid, sure, Ordered homes are slapped together with spare parts and junk. Contractors for set up use laziest possible method. HVAC, plumbing electrical, and structural problems from word go. I could write a book on the issues I’m stuck with, and their fine print means no legal recourse.. they’ll all smile, say sorry, and move on as you’re stuck with 25yrs of payments.
