They don’t answer the phone which is really annoying . Store is clean. Used a line and joseph bagged our groceries he put meat with fruit, that is cross contamination too busy talking to some chick while “not” being a good employee. Infuriating. Also self checkout is always open thankfully! You can find some good stuff in here too. I wouldn’t get this shower tension rod thing it isn’t sturdy.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars when it comes to customer service and answering the phone. I’ve called over a dozen times! Every single department MULTIPLE TIMES and no answer! There’s literally no reason my order should be 2 hours delayed when everything has been shopped for. This is the second time this has happened.
I went today July the 24th 2024 to get groceries with my children I am completely blind with a prosthetic ankle I asked the manager in the front for a pushable wheelchair because I cannot see to drive the electric ones she was very ugly and told me no I asked her what she suggested I do and she basically told me it wasn’t her problem in not such a polite fashion. Being a member of the disabled community I do not recommend this store. There are buckets everywhere catching water from the leaking roof. Thank God I had family there to help me keep safe. This store is a hazard and the employees are extremely rude.

Waited 20+ minutes at the deli counter while a girl pulling a pickup order has 10+ meats in all different cuts holding up the line. What made it the situation worse another employee at the deli counter on his phone doing absolutely nothing.
Better to pay for membership and have it delivered or pickup.
