Derrick was collecting shopping carts at the I-65 location this Sunday morning. It was HOT already and he had a long line of carts he was taking back to the store. I did not ask for help getting a large item in my car. He offered and helped me with a beautiful smile, that touched my heart. He is a person to be grateful for in this world. And he is an employee that I hope is recognized for going above and beyond even when no one is audience to his actions. Truly impressed and blessed this morning!
Went get tires for my car. I made it the about 5:15. Went in the Car service area. I stood at the counter for about 5- 10 mins no service. The I had to walk out side to get the guy who I walked past on my way in the store still outside smoking a hooka. Smh For help then he tells me they are not taking any more cars. It’s not 5:30 yall close at 6:30 what is the problem.
Working from home I rarely have leave the house to go to the store. Normally I would have left work or on my way to work and stop by the store. Today most of my groceries are delivered. But today I had an errand to run and decided to and I decided to stop by Walmart. Much to my surprise, the store was extremely clean, everything was very organized and this was shortly after 10:00 a.m.. The prices are so much lower in the store than delivery
I used my Walmart app to Scan and Go which made the self check out was seamless. There were fresh vegetables and fruit which actually looked really good. I don’t know if the store recently had a remodel or had one since the last time I was in there but it was a very pleasant shopping experience.
I shop at this location all the time and I must say that some of the ladies in the deli department are just plain rude. This one lady in particular didn’t even acknowledge me. But she sure had time to complain how tired she was. I couldn’t even get a hi can I help you from her but yet she seem to find the energy to laugh with her coworker. However a younger lady did help me and she was quite nice. It should be made mandatory that all of your employees acknowledge smile and greet the customer’s. Management should definitely address this and give further training to those employees. So sad!
This Walmart is very horrible. I was wrongfully arrested for a crime that I didn’t commit, and the black officer there is very aggressive and very rude. He needs to be fired. He did not even read my Miranda, rights It was a white lady and a black woman that me. They need to be fired too, I am SUEING them for emotional physical harm.
