  1. BEWARE!!!!!!!
    Items offered online for pickup that show as available will NOT be allowed to be purchased in person at the same store. Employees are TOLD NOT to help you!
    The item is able to be ordered online, shows up in stock in the store, but you cannot purchase it in person. It’s the latest gimmick to not honor advertised in store prices. Beware of where you shop.

  2. First of all, not one single department in the entire store answers their phone. I called and tried all the different options and no one answered their phone. Very bad customer service. Almost every time I go, they are out of something that I need. Almost all of the staff seem to have an attitude of not wanting to help or like they’re doing you a favor. The pickup shoppers practically run you over with their carts. There is never a motorized cart to use and they have one broken one that sits in the graveyard at the front of the store. I spoke to an associate about this and pleaded with her to tell the manager to get new ones because she said they’re all broken, but she had a defeatest attitude and I doubt that she will pass my message on. Then there is the usual employees standing around having conversations between themselves and not acknowledging customers to the point where I have to say, excuse me and interrupt their conversation to ask them a question. I had trouble with making a return and I still don’t understand why but when I asked for help from the manager the girl said she is a manager. She did not seem like manager material and was very unhelpful. Also, I gave them 23 minutes lead time for a pickup and I’ve been waiting 15 minutes in the parking lot for it. Major suckage!

  3. I called Walmart on Ann st and spoke with Coach Keisha(mgr) and she went over and beyond to get my missing groceries back to me that the delivery driver forgot to leave.also advised me to call if he didn’t come back and drop them off. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, ❤️ 😍

  4. Wow, what a quick delivery! Walmart is absolutely crushing it! I just ordered a few home items and they were delivered in under 30 minutes – that’s incredible! The notifications, updates, and alternative suggestions were quick and seamless. The whole experience was so smooth and efficient. Way to go, Walmart!   5. Always treated as a huge inconvenience to nearly all employees. Some greeters are nice. I can never shop there on my lunch break since I have to spend 45 minutes to an hour waiting to checkout or just leave everything behind and go without lunch. Corporate needs to shut this place down.
