Walmart Supercenter – Grocery in Alabama

The Walmart Supercenter is a family-owned, American multinational retail corporation that operates one of the world’s largest retail chains, offering a wide variety of products under various categories like groceries, apparel, auto parts, electronics, and more. As an integrated merchandising hub, it provides customers a convenient and affordable shopping experience, operating on a low-cost, low-margin model. 1. Seems like all everyone on the clock is getting paid to stand around and play on their phones. Waited around several minutes tonight for help at a self checkout. One girl on the clock just walled right by me, ignoring the flashing orange light, and just stuffed her face with chips. Another just stood 3 aisles away on her cell phone. A young man 6 aisles away had to come over and help because his coworkers were too lazy to pay attention.
Been here 2 years, consistently bad service. Only thing this store has going for it is it’s the best stocked and well cleaned in the area.

  2. WM prices already include the cost of LABOR. Too many self check outs take away cashier jobs. Serving yourself increases WW profits. So Why would SMART people work for FREE! ?
    ……………..
improved from my last visit, but as I come in, they still had the same old man WM greeter that don’t, won’t, or can’t tell that people walk out with things from last time. As I left the young woman greeter was at least trying and checking her friends.

  3. It’s always that one bad apple 🍎 (employee) the lady with orange/brown hair seen me coming to exchange my item but she walked away and went to the back of the store. The rest of the employees wouldn’t call her to the front. Calling customer service to make a report was the only best service I have received from the company.
