Worst place to shop or order anything from. And if you order something and you donāt receive it, donāt dare call about it being reshipped or a refund, because they are not going to do either and you will have to eat the cost of the lost or never shipped items.
I usually enjoy coming here but today I had the worst experience with management. I went to purchase a car radio at 9:15am but since the supervisor of that department was in the most friendly and helpful associate Beverly helped me by calling a member of management to come open the case. I stood in front of the case fir about 5 mind and Beverly came to check on me and I informed her that nobody had showed up. After several minutes I just left and did delivery. Not understanding that if a store opens at 7am why canāt I purchase items that are locked up at 9am?
This has been bothering me since my last attempt to shop in Walmart. I read a large number of reviews both positive and negative just to see if I was just tripping the last lot of times I shopped there.
Iām going to be honest all of the positive reviews look like fake reviews that yāall got your friends and families to complete to try to offset the negative reviews. (Which negates the entire purpose of people giving reviews) The management team should be looking for the negative reviews for insight on how to actually improve the quality of service at this location in order to get real positive reviews.
I reviewed the negative reviews and most of them were on point while some (and I mean literally 2) seemed to be reaching. The service here has most definitely gone down since I last worked here 22 years ago.
The 1st thing I want to make abundantly clear is I donāt steal. Iām cheap and I bargain shop so no matter what store I shop in no matter the reason Iām always looking for a deal so if Iām not comparing prices of similar items trying to get the most bang for my buck Iām in the clearance items trying to find which items will work for me and my family. (And most of the time that is time consuming because I like to comb through every single item so I donāt miss a deal)
Secondly I would like to further point out AGAIN that I used to work at this very location so I know what it means when they announce over the intercoms to sweep a zone or for the associates to go to a certain zone. Iām also aware what it means when you send an employee (both in uniform and out of uniform) on the isle with a customer.
Third the 2 years I worked at that particular Walmart I have seen enough people get caught stealing and escorted out of the facility by police to know better even if I was a thief (but unfortunately for your racist staff thatās not in my character).
I would also like to take this time to point out some incidents and occurrences that just left a nasty taste in my mouth about this location. I know three of the employees personally out of the lot of employees that have made my experiences quite unpleasant. One was my former neighbor as a child she was an adult who lived across the street from me and I was a child who never really hung around kids my age for the most part (I spent a lot of time going to her house sitting on her porch and in her kitchen having long talks) The 2nd one was having an affair with my brother while she was still married and living with her husband (yet she questions my character) The 3rd was someone I used to hold a high regard for I graduated high-school with her brother. Those are just a few of the people who made my shopping experience unpleasantly uncomfortable.
Courteous staff, clean and organized store. The store had ample parking and the restrooms were also clean as well. The bathrooms had baby changing stations which is needed for anyone with little kiddos. This is a good location to shop at Walmart as compared to other locations in other towns.
I always have a good time with our Walmart trips.. spend more money than intended almost every time but no worries just bring those prices down for us not so wealthy folks.. haha.. thanks Walmart for doing all that you can do!
