== Well first thing is that the parking is usually pretty full, for close spots but plenty of parking.
—>. but you definitely don’t have to worry about Finding a cart 🛒 because they’re all over the parking lot.
It must be because people aren’t sure where to place them??
—) I’m assuming which would be where it says place your cart here.
** Maybe the cart becomes disabled after you take your items out that you purchased.
Other than that, Every time I go here the visits are great. It’s clean. They try to keep it picked up after some of the customers that do make a mess. Employees are usually gabbing with each other or on their phones. Just be doing some work.
—->. The customer service is great and there’s always somebody somewhere 🫤that you can ask a question and get an answer.
I wish there was a zero star.
I was in the store looking at decorations for the upcoming holidays, I had not touched one thing just walking around looking. A guy, apparently a manger or something way away from me asks do I need something? I say I’m just looking while I’m here and I say it nicely. He counters with if y’all would give us time to get it out. I’m like hey, this shelf is set up in the middle of the store right next to the health and beauty section, I’m not in anyone’s way just looking because I love holidays. Still very nice. He had zero reason to be a special word but he did it anyway.
Well today during my customer service visit. I took ink to be exchanged due to dryness or no ink. I was met by a black female person who said this item requires a receipt. As I began to look for it and apologized for having to scan my receipts to find it.She walks away and start pushing a cart of look like returns. Then came back and ask me to move over while she handle another customer as I have the receipt. Then a white female clerk takes the ink to some where and comes back and says we can’t take this. It’s been open. I said I know this and I have the receipt. Neither never looked at the receipt. She put it back in the bag and hands to me. As if bye and I asked again. My manager says no we can’t take it. So I go to my car and call back and ask to speak to the manager. The white female answered the phone and stated may I ask what’s it’s pertaining to😁. I almost told her something but stated again. I need to peak to the manager😡. Waited approximately 10 minutes for Lisa to tell me at this store it’s managers decision. No policy but manager decision. Walmart we have to do better. Customer service at this store stink and management is worst. No policy just manager decision at this store. I got better customer service ar McDonald’s. At least they have policies. Do not buy ink here. Go to a print shop and purchase better quality and guarantee.
Nancy the evening manager and Kat at the Service desk was awesome helping us with the propane bottles , we we’re there earlier to get a replacement of one of the 2 tanks that was leaking , we couldn’t get the daytime manager to talk to us personally, and did not know how to replace or even try after we waited to speak to them.
We had to come back and get knowledgeable help from Nancy and Kat.
There is never anyone willing to help. I pulled up at the auto/ tire line at 6:40 and I was refused service, I was told that they were closed, I argued that they did not close until 7:00 and the guy whom stated he was a manager told be I could come back the next day because he was closed. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. I call the customer service number and complained and nothing was done. I called the store asked for the store manager to call me back and I never received a call. Absolutely horrible service at this location and every other location in mobile Al
