Everyone always acts as if they are sleepy and donāt want to deal with anyone. ALSO they are very slow. The majority of the people, they are niceā¦
The new employees are rude.
But I can tell they try everyday.
I give them 3 stars for actual effort.
This is the worst location in the city. The employees act like they donāt want to be there. When you ask them for something, they act like youāre bothering them. Itās ridiculous to lock up a $5 shaving razor and then not have anyone on standby to unlock the cabinet. I waited 20 minutes for help and ended up going to customer service. It took another 15 minutes for someone to come over just to tell me they had to hold the item until I was ready to checkout. They might as well close this store if theyāre that worried about someone stealing a cheap razor.
This review is only for the customer service desk. Iām normally not one to write reviews but because my experience with customer service was so pleasant I just had to say something about it. We had several things that needed to be returned and come to find out we didnāt have all of the receipts but the lady working the desk was able to figure everything out and rather quickly. She never never sighed rolled her eyes or complained. She made our experience easy and uneventful. She got us in and out in no time. I wish that I had gotten her name but unfortunately I didnāt. Anyway I felt like she deserved a good review for a job well done!
