There is a scam happened to me that i purchased a laptop of ASUS company from WALMART at long beach California.
I purchased of capacity i7, 512gbssd and 16gb RAM and paid amount for 490$ plus tax. on getting laptop from the WALMART i am hurry thatâs why i couldnât check it there and believe him and left for the ship (I am working in ship). when i reached at ship and opened laptop box seal found already broken. and laptop found old and used condition and itâs capacity is only 128gb ssd, 4gb RAM. He told me but on its box everything was as same mentioned as i wanna purchase.
Om same day i go back again WALMART to complain this and wanna change and not admitted that they done any misplacing misbehave and told that talks to ASUS manufacturer.
Then we talk to ASUS customer care they told that itâs not their product fault itâs WALMART mistake.
Now both are blaming to each other now how to resolve the problem.
i also give evidence and opening box video but WALMART refuse it to accept.
Walmart a reputed mart if done this type of FRAUD then how any one can believe on it.

Hey there, Dr. J here with another review, and today, weâre taking a trip to Walmart in Long Beach.
So, fresh off a somewhat underwhelming experience at Samâs Club, I hopped across the parking lot in search of an air mattress. Itâs Sunday, and as expected, the store is brimming with shoppers.
However, Walmart here is nailing it on the staffing front. Thereâs a solid team on deck to manage the shopper traffic, and thatâs a big thumbs up from me, especially on a busy weekend day.
As for the state of the store, itâs reasonably well kept for a bustling Sunday. Of course, there were some out-of-stock areas, and unfortunately, the elusive air mattress was among them.
Moving to the checkout lines, itâs busy but manageable. There are ample counters open to accommodate customers, making the process pretty efficient.
So, the bottom line? Despite missing out on the product I was looking for, Walmart in Long Beach provided a rather pleasant shopping experience for a weekend. Good staff, good organization, but could use some improvements in stock management.
For this visit, Iâd give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars.
I get what i need at Wal-Mart and id like to be out quickly check out lanes are too long. Employees seem to not want to help customers. If you need an item from behind the locked glass shields you push the buzzard you can wait a while before an employee comes with the keys I donât care for that nor the wait time.

I have a suspicion that isnât her real name either as she was very elusive answering what her name was. She might be Jennifer as I didnât see any Wendy in other reviews.
She was also very rude and smacking gum while clicking her pen dismissively. Is this how walmart trains their employees?
It seems like theyâre lazy and donât want to do their job. âThe policy changedâ yeah sure within the last 8 hours since I last showed up because of the last problem?

They always take forever to get to the stuff behind the cases. Like if youâre gonna have everything behind a case at least have your employees be on top of it. It shouldnât take 10+ minutes to wait for someone to open the case. Also making self checkout be only like 15 items or less is so annoying for us Instacart shoppers. Buying Alcohol for đ„Customers at Walmart is annoying bc you have to wait at the regular registers which can take a very long time especially if itâs just 1 item that you ordered.
