For the most part, i like this store. Small, but it has what i need. Employees are nice and helpful. My issue is with shopping carts. They have maybe 4 or 5 carts, total. Manager said, as soon as they order new carts, in a few days they are stolen. Now, when i go there, if i donât see shopping carts, i just drive off. They must lose a lot of business because many people wonât shop if carts are not available. They must fix that problem.
Be extra careful walmart drivers . Very tight to get in and out.
For some reason, the regular Wal-Mart stores donât have âno sugar addedâ mini apple pies, but most Neighborhood Markets, including this one, do.
This Walmart is great if you are just going to pick a few things. And I mean just a few things. If you plan to shop a good haul of groceries, I wouldnât count on it. This place has about 4-6 shopping carts in total. There are no shopping carts to be found. You have to be lucky to get a shopping cart. So think twice before you think about shopping here. Again, a few things, great. Shopping for a lot, youâre gonna have a bad time.
Waited over 40 minutes and Customer Service kept pressing the button and got an automated response saying customer service will be right with you. When I finally asked and associate, they said oh, we donât open till 8 AM, but thereâs no signage that says that they do that. If they placed a sign, it wouldâve managed my expectations to wait until 8 AM. And then when the customer service rep finally did show up he declined. My return said he couldnât return my my purchase even though I had a return barcode with instructions. The store is the worst associates are rude go to the Burbank supercenter.
