Horrible service. Came in for a tire rotation and balance. Needed to exchange a battery that was under warranty and they tried to charge for it. They said they did the rotation and balance but the car was in worse condition than when we brought it in. It also smelt like urine and there was a wet spot on the drivers side carpet. Took it to a reputable shop the next day and they said the tires were never rotated and very loose and dangerous. The front tire was 5.5 oz out!! And all the others were off as well. It was shaking the entire car. This is a family vehicle and risked the safety of our family. Unacceptable! Also when we called to talk to the manager she hung up on us. Super unprofessional. If you value your car and your life, I highly recommend avoiding this place.
This is my second visit to this auto center and they have been amazing every time. I got my oil changed and new tires installed and they did an amazing job on everything. They are very thorough and so helpful too. They totally know what they are doing and I will continue going here for my car care.
Go anywhere but here for tires.
We took a car for a tire rotation and realignment, huge mistake. They didn’t realize they were out of tape weights until they got the tires off our car; which after waiting over an hour for them to get to your car is really aggravating news. More waiting. FINE.
Less than three weeks later one of the wheels is making a funny noise. Why? Well because they didn’t tighten the now MISSING lug nuts.
No one ever answers the phone but i know they have some girls there to do it but they always seem to aimlessly be walking around. Friday night i was in the store looking for an item and the little blond totally ignored me, walked straight pass me when i said hi mam. Rude as hell. Guess O’reilly will be getting my service now.
I ordered tires on the Walmart website for in-store pickup and they were delivered to the store on-time. I arrived early on the day of delivery and the tires were installed in less than an hour. Great prices and service!
