  1. Unforgettable Stay 🌟 10/10 From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs, going above and beyond to ensure every need was met with a smile. Their attentiveness and professionalism were truly exceptional! The entire property was immaculate, with every corner exuding luxury and comfort. 🛋️ The pool was an absolute highlight—crystal clear waters paired with breathtaking views of the city. 🏊‍♀️🌆 Relaxing by the poolside, sipping on perfectly crafted cocktails, and indulging in delicious food made it feel like a true paradise. 🍹🍽️ The convenience of poolside service added a special touch that made our experience even more delightful. If you’re looking for a luxurious getaway where every detail is taken care of, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is the place to be. Highly recommended! 💯

  2. Best hotel in town. Usually we would travel to top hotels no matter where we go. Waldorf of Beverly Hills definitely met all out expectations. It’s the second time we are here, 4 nights each visit, can’t say too much being 1 night, so been here twice 4 nights each time, and we simply love. The rooftop restaurant bit overpriced 😉 but the stuff makes the effort to make you happy! Line 10 or 14 facing Beverly Hills is the best. Thank you Waldorf!
P.S our baby girl loved her welcome gifts.

  3. I’ve been a regular customer since the hotel opened, staying here twice every year for 4-5 nights each time. It used to be the best hotel, but it’s not anymore. The hotel system and services are failing, and it’s a total disaster.

On our first night, we couldn’t sleep because the room was too noisy. The management team credited us some part for the first night, but the problems didn’t end there. The water from the bathtub was very dirty. The front desk reassured us that they would send the engineering team to take a look, but the same issue happened the next day.

The food is mediocre, and room service never delivers the correct order. I ordered a fruit plate twice and received an acai bowl both times. The second time, I was too tired to complain so just signed the bill. You seriously need to improve your service and food quality; when Jean George restaurant was here, the food was much better at least.

Housekeeping is very slow. After breakfast and lunch, don’t expect your room to be clean—you have to call them to come. Yesterday, they didn’t show up for turn-down service. Am I really staying at a 5-star luxury hotel?

The front desk director, who promised to be our point of contact, never replied after solving our first night’s issue. Hello front desk, you have guests having issues and suffering every day and night here! What a service!

For late check-out, this is the first luxury hotel I’ve ever experienced that offers late check-out at 12:30 pm. Thank you so much for the extra 30 minutes.

This will be my last stay here. Good luck if you decide to stay at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills

  4. Don’t get me wrong, the valet, doorman, and car service there is absolutely perfect, and room is very nice! It’s just the front desk gave me wrong information about my benefit and when I later on had question about my bill, the front desk was very impatient, said I wasn’t listening, kept cutting me off while I’m talking, and refused to help me raise concern about the front desk staff at the time that i checked in giving out wrong information. I stayed here Sep 3-4 and I checked in between 4-5pm so it should be very easy to know who the on staff front desk was at that time. I was told when I checked in that I get 65 (50 from my diamond benefit and 15 from the destination charge) dollars food and beverage credit twice, once on the 3rd and again on the 4th for my stay. But on my bill It’s only credited once so I asked about it and that’s when I got treated impatiently by the other staff at the front desk and he refused to help me raise a concern about the wrong information given by the staff at the time I checked in. This place is not the same as it used to be! There are tons of other nice hotels in Beverly Hills that can give you perfect 5 star experience so if you don’t want to be treated like this by front desk STAY AWAY from here!

  5. I recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills for what was supposed to be a special birthday getaway. From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of a disaster.

Despite my partner being a Diamond member, we were given an ADA room, which was inappropriate and deeply triggering due to personal family circumstances. We immediately informed the front desk, but our concerns were brushed aside. The hotel staff assured us they would resolve the issue by the next day, but no action was taken. Instead, we spent an entire day waiting in the room, with no communication from the staff, only to be moved to a basic standard room nearly 24 hours later.

The lack of customer service was appalling. We were promised callbacks from the management team, which never happened. My partner wasted a full day waiting for a room change on what was supposed to be a celebration, turning it into a stressful and frustrating ordeal.

To add insult to injury, after all the inconvenience and distress caused, the hotel offered a mere 120,000 points out of the 240,000 we spent on the stay. This offer was nothing short of insulting, considering they ruined what was supposed to be a memorable and special occasion.

I am incredibly disappointed with the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. They completely failed to deliver the luxury experience they promise and have shown a complete lack of regard for their guests. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and urge others to be cautious about booking here.

Frankly, this hotel should be called a regular Hilton, not a luxury resort. We come here for the service and attention to detail that a luxury brand should provide, but this experience was an absolute joke.
