I built my home in 2016 and Wagner Air Conditioning installed my unit. Since 2016, I have had to have them out 1-2 times a year to fix/replace something on the unit. This was supposed to be a brand new unit, mind you. The last time they were out, for some unknown reason, the tech disconnected the overflow sensor that shuts off the unit if the water level in the pan gets too high. I noticed a puddle in my hallway last night and discovered that the overflow pan was full and overflowing. It flooded my walls, soaked my insulation and water was pouring out of my son’s ceiling through the smoke detector.
Had the sensor been connected, as it should have been, this could have been avoided and I would t be in a position where I now have to tear down an entire wall in my home and replace sheet rock and possibly have an electrician come out and make sure there isn’t any water damage to any of the electrical components inside my wall. The last thing I need is an electrical fire burning down my home all because of an error Wagner Air Conditioning made.
I put in a call this morning with them and I’m supposed to be hearing back from them soon. I will update my review once I hear back from them.
I was very satisfied with the not just the promptness of the service but their concern and interest in my story. Daniel was my technician, and he explained the process he would be using to diagnose my air conditioning system. Daniel came out shortly after we called! He was courteous, efficient, professional and very nice! He assessed our problem and gave us a definite date to fix our air conditioning problem! We will use Wagner Air for ALL our hvac needs! After Daniel got us diagnosed, Mike Jones and his crew did our install of our new heat pump unit! Mike was fabulous also! Daniel was exactly what I expect in an A/C emergency: Friendly, Fast, & Knowledgeable. He explained the problem in layman’s terms and made sure we were satisfied before leaving.
The company’s website made it easy to reach someone early on a Sunday morning which, like a sick child, is always when these things seem to happen. Will definitely recommend.
Came home from a work trip and my AC was out. Tried the company that installed our unit but they had no availability. Called Wagner and Daniel answered the on-call phone and headed over immediately. He was exceptionally nice and helpful…offered advice for maintenance of my unit and had my house back to a tolerable temperature within minutes.
