Decent store. I am giving 3 stars because just about every time I leave and check my receipt, I notice they aren’t charging me the right price (per the sticker on the shelf). I’d think it would easier to notice as they scan each item, but the way they do discounts at the end makes it hard to track. I check my receipts as I walk out the door. Each time, I find myself debating whether or not to turn around and go wait for someone to come to customer service, then wait for them to send a runner to check the price, all for my $4. I usually just leave, but it doesn’t have me feeling good about the store. Therefore I do the bulk of my shopping elsewhere.
This is a large store with a nice deli and bakery, but I found selection was limited in some of the other departments. The employee who helped me when prices didn’t scan correctly at the self checkout was pleasant and helpful. The store needs safety dividers and more Covid-19 protection. Masks are encouraged, but not required. Too many people were shopping here without masks, which didn’t make me feel comfortable with the Covid-19 Delta Variant spike in the valley and our hospital ICU beds near capacity. If you choose to shop here, I recommend shopping early in the morning when the store is not so crowded.
Prices are just ok. But a nice clean store with a lot of selection in every department. Easy in, easy out parking lot. Really good deli breakfast burritos and bowls, only 3.99. Great produce and dairy, lots of wines. Starbucks located inside, with a pharmacy too. Self checkout makes small quick trips easy.
I went in on April 22nd with my husband and placed an order for a half sheet cake and a smash cake for my one year old’s birthday party. We were helped by Mary in the bakery department and probably spent a good 30 minutes with her going over the details of the cake. There was also a gentleman there who appeared to be the manager of the department as she referred to him about questions regarding our order. The date for pick up was for April 27th, and when my niece went to pick up the cake, they didn’t have it. They couldn’t even find the order and apparently could not get ahold of Mary, the girl who placed the order. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. We had a big birthday party and no cake. I would save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for your cake needs.
Clean store. Cold section items behind glass doors.which nice so you know your cold items stay cold.. down side opening all the doors with your hands. The same one everyone else uses. Care for a side who knows what with your ice cream.lol
