  1. Worst deli department from Vons. The manger Reina from that department is not polite.. The food is horrible, the habanero chicken doesn’t have any sauce on it, just surrounded by water taste like just regular bake/boil chicken.. The fried chicken is tough and like chips.. I’ve been to other Vons locations they cook better

  2. I have been a loyal customer of this market for over 15 years and absolutely love it. The prices here are significantly cheaper than those at Ralph’s across the street. For example, I came to buy an ice cream that Ralph’s sells for $10, but at Vons, it costs less than $3—what a deal!

    However, I recently had an unfortunate experience with the night staff. There was a young cashier who overcharged me. He rang up the ice cream at $7 each when the price was clearly marked as $3.50. I pointed this out to him, but he checked the wrong place and insisted that I wasn’t cooperating. He claimed the promotion didn’t apply to my purchase, which was incorrect. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.

    Thankfully, Valerie, the manager, handled the situation exceptionally well. She listened to both sides and remained neutral, insisting that we stop arguing so she could help. She accompanied me to check the price, and even she was surprised to see that I had been overcharged. Her respectful and fair approach resolved the issue efficiently. Valerie’s excellent customer service is a stark contrast to the behavior of the cashier, whose actions seemed discriminatory.

    Overall, Vons is a great place to shop, but the night staff’s conduct needs improvement to ensure long-time customers like myself continue to feel valued and respected.

  3. I’ve been using this store around 3 years after move near area. Today had a some special experience so I would like to sharing about it.

    Parking – Excellent. Plenty space to parking , Have a EV station.
    Product – The quality is good, various prices and discount for membership. I love it.
    Service – I think this is a problem in this branch. Most of staffs are very kind and professional. But rarely some Staff/Cashier have a bad attitude, unprofessional and today I met one of them.
    Her name is Jasmin, No word while my product scanning and cashier. No words indeed. I said ‘Hi’ ‘I have a total 5 cokes’ Thank you’ but she doesn’t say anything. Jesus
Jasmin, I think you shouldn’t be there. Please find another job for your life. This is wasted time. We’re human with emotion not a cashier machine.

  4. I bought some guacamole but when opened I verified it was rotten as it stinkers and it was awful at taste.
    The day after ai asked for a change bringing the receipt but it was denied by the rude manager, saying I should have brought it even if it stinked.
