I’m looking to move to Koreatown for a job reassessment. I saw the ad for Violet on Virgil and so I came to tour as it kept popping up. Upon arriving, you were greeted with snacks and cold drinks. Everyone was very welcoming in the office. Cristal gave me a tour of the model units as they don’t have any two bedrooms currently available to view, the unit is well kept up and very spacious for the price. I like that it has a few amenities like the pool in each building and the gym. Also, really liked that you have the ability to rent out their clubhouse. Thought that was pretty cool. Very much enjoyed the tour and Cristal was great knowing that I’m not from this area she gave me a little bit of insight of the area and info on places to shop and eat. Definitely looking to move here!
Scheduled a tour for Saturday to tour the available 1Bedroom Units and the leasing agent Tracy helped us out. Her energy, her vibes, everything about her service was outstanding! She made the tours so much fun and gave us so much information about everything. We applied right after the tour. The 1Bedroom units are so nice and feel cozy. Hopefully we get accepted. ☺️⭐️✨
Originally scheduled a tour because I saw the low one-bedroom prices. Scheduled a tour the day after it was posted, showed up, but then my tour was cancelled/moved due to lack of staffing. By the time they were able to get me in to tour, the apartments I wanted were gone. Disappointing.
Also, low tour rating has nothing to do with my tour guide. She was very friendly and great. She explained to me that she is just a temp and is learning the space, so not her fault.
It’s actually my new home now . I have been currently residence here since January of this year 2024. Moved from New York City @hellsKitchen. This place have everything 🙌 Gym for 24hrs , the beautiful POOL , Jacuzzi, BBQ and Lounge area. And more 🙂 it’s a safe environment:) Wanna shout out to all the staff members, from the maintenance people , to the crew cleaning department, to the office menbers and leasing department. Up to the supervisor – to the GM. Everyone is kind 😇. I highly recommend to come visit in person and if looking for new home. This is the place you wanted to be . It’s very near to anything . See ya

Dic/ 17 /22 9:00 pm coming from work i found a warning tow car notice placed on one of my vehicles (the car is a new 2023 model and it has a cover on it )from across the parking lot a lady started yelling at me, I will town your car because is not displaying a valid permit !
I approached to her in the middle time she was on the phone reporting another car to be towed, i believed someone else was parked on her spot .
She identified herself as Amber a property associate .
I invited her to check my car because she wrongfully wanted to tow my vehicle when it was displaying a valid parking permit at the front windshield .
She noticed that she made a mistake
What a lack of professionalism Amber .
