Lived here for over a year, one of the well maintained apartments in Redwood City
Both the maintenance staff and the management team are great (which is VERY rare).
Would recommend taking the upper floor (Level 3 or level 4) units because of the marina the floor gets very cold and the electricity bills are pretty high in winter due to that.
I’ve been living here for over a year and a half, and it has been an outstanding experience. The property is well-maintained, with any maintenance requests addressed within a day. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making every interaction a pleasure. I highly recommend this property for its exceptional service and attention to detail.
Nobi and Maria have been awesome to work with, as my lease has come to and end and I needed to transfer units due to medical issues happening with my dog who could no longer walk up and down the stairs to get to my current unit. They truly made this such a simple process and I am grateful for their support during this tough time. In addition to their guidance, I am really happy that I get to stay at the Villas and do not have to go look for another apartment complex. This saved me a huge amount of time and i get to stay in an area I really do love. Thank you again, Nobi and Maria!
The maintenance team and the front office at Villas at Bair Island are exceptional. Roy, on the maintenance team is truly the best, and has ensured quick and effective repairs when i’ve had any issues and has gone the extra mile each time! Taylor, the Assistant Community Manager went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move and was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful when responding to all my questions. I feel so safe and comfortable here, knowing that if needed, help is just around the corner. Any apartment you chose to live at is really made by the support folks, and the staff at Villas had truly ensured a very lovely 5-star experience.

One of the standout features of this complex is the exceptional service provided by the maintenance team, particularly Roy. Roy is a friendly and skilled maintenance man who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the residents’ needs are met promptly and efficiently. The management team here is excellent and are very accommodating.
