  1. Overall very clean and we loved the location + walk across the road to the beach access and enjoy the gorgeous white sandy beach! Those were the plusses.
The Beaches restaurant next door is absolutely phenomenal.
That said – this place is EXTREMELY uncomfortable.
Very out dated garage sale reject furniture – couch is covered in stains and sinks horribly down making it very uncomfortable to sit in. Beds are SUPER hard and majorly squeaky! No romance this week!
Didn’t know we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to our room.
Towel bar in main bathroom was broken off and gone, vent in main bathroom didn’t work. Fridge was missing glass shelf.
Temperature – super cold in bedrooms and very warm in living areas.
Parking is very tricky and narrow especially for bigger vehicles.
Pool and playground looked good though we didn’t use them
Putt putt was very very worn down and old making it hard to play a decent game. Son loves putt putt and this was a let down.

  2. Spent all week here. The pool was prolly the nicest thing on the property. With that said the rooms were very outdated it was literally impossible to stay in there during the day the temperature never dropped below 76. The tvs were old and barely watchable the twin bedroom literally had a tv that looked like it came out of a 90s minivan. The mini golf might as well just be removed it’s that worn out. The playground was basically a huge litter box for the cat that lived on the property 🤣. I will say the office lady was very nice. But unfortunately I do not recommend staying here until this place gets renovated!!!

  3. This place needs a major remodeling, definitely not worth $300/night, the kitchen sink was leaking, dirty smelly carpet in rooms, no starter kit of soap or paper towels, the beds smelled, crooked floors, the front porches are rotten and ready to go. We definitely don’t recommend this place until it gets renovations. Pictures point out a few issues. Far walk to a public beach access.
The staff were nice and helpful 👍

  4. Charming place and excellent value for the accommodations! Some might think the interiors are a bit dated, but everything is well maintained and my crew loved the retro vibe. Truly a very cozy, classic Gulf Shores condo experience. Nicely kept pool and friendly staff, too. Just a 5-minute walk to beach access. Can’t wait to return!
