I went there to pick up my laptop and had an excellent experience with the staff. It’s a fantastic place to buy electronics. However, the AC wasn’t working, and despite their insistence, I agreed to a tea/coffee. After an hour, I was given a very hot coffee in a small glass that was difficult to hold. Additionally, there were quite a few mosquitoes on the third floor. All over it was okay!
Poor customer dealing. If you go to the shop, they don’t even have time to attend to you. You have to google the details of any item you want to buy. You will also have to pay the bill by yourself. Nobody will assist you in anything. And finally you will get the copy of the bill as if you have bought a bus ticket. If a customer is paying his hard earned money for purchasing any item, then why should he tolerate such treatment. Pathetic customer service. Visit at your own risk.
